• Some terms, such as “Name Resolution” do not have Persian equivalents and are conventionally used in English in academic references; these have been left unchanged for accuracy and naturalness.
• Added to the TOC (lectures/toc.yml)

Overall
As a result, the lectures updated in this PR are now fully aligned with the English version.

I just realised the approach you have taken which is to update the files in a new branch, rather than update each branch that contains the lectures.

I will go ahead and merge all the PRs and then merge this PR in to update the Persian language version.

Rationale: These files contain the refined Persian translations that are the primary purpose of this PR:

• Corrections from Arabic to Persian terminology
• Better RTL (right-to-left) layout handling
• Refined academic terminology

Table of Contents (_toc.yml)

Decision: Used the main branch version.

Rationale: The main branch has been significantly reorganized with a new structure:

• Introduction to Python - includes python_essentials, oop_intro, names, python_oop
• Foundations of Scientific Computing - need_for_speed, numpy, matplotlib, scipy
• High Performance Computing - numba, jax_intro, numpy_vs_numba_vs_jax
• Working with Data - pandas, pandas_panel
• More Python Programming - writing_good_code, workspace, python_advanced_features, debugging, sympy
• Other - troubleshooting, status

This structure already includes all the lectures that the PR was adding to the TOC (python_essentials, oop_intro, names), so using main's version preserves both the new organization and the PR's intent.
