Summary
Implements automated CSS minification for 11 classic WordPress themes (Twenty Ten through Twenty Twenty-One) to improve frontend performance. Minified CSS files are conditionally loaded based on the
SCRIPT_DEBUGconstant.Initial reference PR: #10081
