This change improves the type safety of the detect-server-settings.ts module by replacing an any type with the more specific BaseServerSettings type. This change also fixes a latent bug where an undefined framework setting would not have been handled correctly.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 5965382948555206666 started by @serhalp

Replaced an 'any' type with BaseServerSettings in src/utils/detect-server-settings.ts. The stricter typing required refactoring the control flow, which also fixed a latent bug where an undefined framework would not be handled correctly, defaulting now to '#auto'.
